Clear Choice Dermatology Expands to Madras, OR

Madras, OR –  February 14th, 2024 – Clear Choice Dermatology proudly announces the grand opening of its newest clinic in Madras, Oregon, located at 83 SW K St., Madras, OR 97741. This expansion brings medical and surgical dermatology, radiation therapy, and advanced wound care to the region, ensuring that patients have access to the highest quality skin health treatments.   

The new Madras clinic offers a wide range of dermatologic services, including general medical dermatology, superficial radiation therapy (SRT), wound care, hyperbaric oxygen therapy, and light-based treatments such as phototherapy and photodynamic therapy (PDT). The clinic is dedicated to treating a broad spectrum of skin conditions, from common concerns like acne, eczema, and psoriasis to complex cases of skin cancer and chronic wounds.

Leading the team at this location are David Greene, MD, a board-certified radiation oncologist with nearly two decades of experience, and Shelby Bennett, PA-C, a dermatology-trained physician assistant committed to providing expert skin care solutions tailored to individual patient needs.

Dr. Greene, who has an extensive background in radiation oncology, will be spearheading superficial radiation therapy (SRT) services at the Madras location. SRT is a non-invasive, highly effective treatment for non-melanoma skin cancers such as basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma, offering an alternative to surgery with minimal downtime.

“Bringing advanced radiation therapy to Central Oregon is a major step in improving patient access to non-surgical skin cancer treatments,” said Dr. Greene. “Our goal is to offer cutting-edge treatment options that prioritize both effectiveness and patient comfort.”

Alongside Dr. Greene, Shelby Bennett, PA-C, will provide comprehensive dermatologic care, including preventative screenings, medical dermatology, and post-procedure wound management.

Hyperbaric oxygen therapy increases oxygen delivery to damaged tissues, promoting faster recovery and reducing the risk of infection.
