Lead Medical Assistant

Clear Choice Dermatology is looking for a lead medical assistant with prior dermatology (or lead MA) experience to help manage the clinic and our group of great MAs. Previous experience with EMA(dermatology specific software) is preferable but training can be provided through ModMedUniversity.

Lead MA duties would include assisting with procedures and charting, ordering supplies for clinic, and making monthly clinic schedule for MAs, etc. MA would need to have certification and ability to work well in a team environment and have good organizational skills. Lead MA should also be able to talk with other physicians and physician assistants to help care for patients. Additional duties may include sending in prescriptions, documenting patient encounters, logging biopsies, performing injections, and helping with other duties around the office.

Clear Choice Dermatology is looking for a full-time or part-time Medical Assistant/Scribe. Prior experience is preferred but training can be provided. Biologics and MOHs experience is a plus!

In this position, you will do a mix of MA and Scribe duties, which include working one on one with the Physician and Physician Assistants, scribing chart notes, documenting in patient charts, rooming patients, sending in prescriptions, logging biopsies, performing injections, and other office duties. There are many opportunities for advancement!

We work out of multiple offices, so finding an candidate that is willing to travel is a must.
