What To Bring

  • ID & Insurance

    Photo ID and current insurance card(s).

  • Medical Info

    Current medication/allergy info and relevant records from prior providers.

  • Condition Photos & Products

    Photos of your skin condition when most noticeable, plus the actual bottles/packaging of products you're using.

What to Expect at Your First Visit

  1. 1. Check-In

    ID and insurance verified; new patients complete required forms.

  2. 2. Medical Assistant

    Reviews reason for visit, history, medications, and allergies.

  3. 3. Provider Evaluation

    Your provider examines your skin/hair/nails and discusses concerns.

  4. 4. Diagnosis & Plan

    Findings, options, and an individualized treatment plan.

  5. 5. Before You Leave

    Prescriptions, labs/pathology follow-up, referrals, or return visits coordinated.

  6. How Long?

    Most first visits take 20 to 30 minutes, check-in through check-out.

We collect copay, co-insurance and deductibles at the time of your visit.

Some treatments/medications may need insurance prior authorization, so same-day treatment isn't always available depending on the plan and clinical situation.
