Our Story

Clear Choice Dermatology was founded in 2020 in The Dalles, Oregon, by Dr. Collin Blattner, DO, FAAD, who began with a team of just three employees and a clear vision: to bring high-quality dermatology care to communities that need it most. What started as a single clinic has grown into a network of multiple locations across Washington and Oregon, serving more than 100,000 patients. Today, Clear Choice offers comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care, helping patients in underserved areas get the expert skin care they deserve without having to travel far from home.
