Online scheduling on this Site is provided through NextPatient, a third-party service. Appointment times shown online are not guaranteed until they are confirmed by our office. We may need to reschedule an appointment, and we may ask you to provide insurance or medical information before your visit. 4. Patient portal and online bill pay
Links to the patient portal and online bill pay take you to systems run by our service providers. Your use of those systems is governed by their own terms and by our HIPAA Notice of Privacy Practices.
