About Sophia

Sophia Felder, MSN, ARNP, FNP-C, is a dermatology-trained nurse practitioner with Clear Choice Dermatology, caring for patients at the Port Angeles location. A dedicated nurse practitioner since 2017, Sophia has proudly called the Olympic Peninsula home since 2020 and is deeply connected to the community she serves.

Sophia is passionate about dermatology and provides comprehensive medical dermatologic care for patients of all ages. Her areas of focus include developing personalized skincare regimens, diagnosing and treating a wide range of skin conditions, and assessing and managing skin cancer. She takes a thoughtful, patient-centered approach to care, taking the time to understand each patient’s concerns and develop a treatment plan tailored to their individual needs. Patients appreciate her attentive bedside manner and thorough approach to diagnosis and treatment.

Beyond her clinical practice, Sophia is committed to lifelong learning and enjoys bringing creativity and curiosity to her personal life. Outside of work, she enjoys reading, crocheting, practicing yoga, and exploring the outdoors through hiking. She also values spending quality time with her family, attending local events, and discovering attractions throughout the Olympic Peninsula.
